Our Products
In the Indian steel industry, a dream to be and lead let us to produce Ferro Alloy products of the absolute finest standards. Ferro alloys are alloying components which improve the strength, durability, anti-corrosion and anti-stain characteristics of steel.
Ferro Silicon acts as a strong steel oxidant. It helps in increasing strength of steel and is in making Stainless steel , ball bearings along with high permeability steel for electric transformers. It is primarily in special steels and used in small quantities in mild steel. Ferro silicon is also used for manufacture of silicon, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant ferrous silicon alloys, and silicon steel for electromotors and transformer cores.

SiMn is the most preferred alloy for making steel and is used in almost all grades of making steel.Here, manganese is introduced in steel and si is not deleterious along with the additional advantage of low levels of phosphorous and Alliminium in making steel.

There are three types of Ferro Manganese and they are-

- Medium-carbon ferromanganese
- Low-carbon ferromanganese
Uses of Ferro Manganese Ferro manganese is an alloy of iron and manganese, typically containing around 80% manganese. Ferro manganese is primarily used to combat the harmful effects of sulphur. It also functions as a deoxidizer and combines with sulfur in order to enhance the hot-working properties of the substance. It imparts metallurgical properties such as enhanced strength, resilience and durability. Ferro Manganese of various grades are used in the manufacture of welding electrodes and special forms of stick electrodes as well. Low Carbon Ferro Manganese (LCFeMn) & Medium Carbon Ferro Manganese is primarily used for the production of E6013 electrodes. We tend to supply high-quality Ferro Manganese products to our clientele

Ferrosilicon is used to reduce metals from their oxides and to deoxidize steel and other ferrous alloys as a silicon source. Ferro Silicon is a silicon and iron alloy. Silicon serves as a potent oxidant in steel. Used mainly in particular steels and in mild steel in limited quantities. Ferro silicon is also used to make silicon, ferrous silicon alloys that are corrosion-proof and high-temperature resistant, and silicon steel for electro motors and transformer cores
